Recently, I had a great experience at my dental appointment at Andover Smiles. Ease to make an appointment and check in/out process was proficiently handled by Lori. My cleaning with Deb was with my well being in mind as she described the steps that she was taking during the cleaning process. Finally, my first experience Dr. Dinyaryan was very positive. I had a cavity filled, some deep scaling and bonding done at one sitting. All three issues were successfully resolved. Dr.'s was very professional, again very caring for my comfort level and he too, described each step of his treatment to make sure I was always informed. If you are looking for a new dentist I would enthusiastically recommend Andover Smiles . ~ Michael N

I've been going to Andover Smiles for over ten years, and have gotten 100% professional service every time. I can't say enough about the team....Lori on the front desk makes sure you get the appointments you need and deftly handles all the insurance and billing. Deb is a hygienist who is gentle, kind and thorough. And Steve (Dr. Rinaldi) heads the team with his expertise, enthusiasm and sense of humor. They all will spend time answering whatever questions and concerns you have. I've bonded with them over the years and consider Lori, Deb and Steve my friends. Unlike any dentist office I have ever been to. Dr Rinaldi and his staff are friendly, efficient, caring, and professional. I NEVER wait when I have an appointment! I had friendly conversations with everyone and can definitely see that they care more about their patients than other practices. I always know how much my payment will be for fillings and crowns because Lori submits a pre-estimate to my insurance company BEFORE the work is done. I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist, until our family started going to Andover Smiles. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone in the office. Always as good a time as you can have at the dentist. Love the way clean teeth feel. Great staff, and they are very safe, do not let Covid concerns stop you from taking care of you teeth. Everyone is (in my opinion) over the top careful (gowns, masks, Eyewear, face shields....) ~ paul f

Simply the best Dentist you're ever going to find. Deb is a great hygienist and uses the ultra-sonic water pic to clean your teeth which is painless, as opposed to scrapping. Give them a try and you won't regret it. ~ Paul R
